The court case of defendant Alicia Andrews of rapper Julio Foolio, whose real name was Charles Jones is now in progress in Hillsborough County Court.The state alleges that she worked as a lookout while the victim was celebrating his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later trapped the rapper in a hotel parking lot.Three gunmen alleg
